Although we do not directly operate aircraft, we leverage our established industry relationships and knowledge to ensure that our client's travel with Civil Aviation Authority approved operators who meet all industry standards.
+ How does BLAK charter work?
We analyse every request thoroughly before we begin sourcing the most suitable aircraft options from our network of approved private operators based on your requirements.
We then work with you to ensure that all aspects of your travel are taken care of. From confirming passenger details, ensuring specific catering requirements are arranged, liaising with transport to and from the airport and more.
+ Where am I able to fly?
BLAK proudly boasts an ability to get our clients to nearest point of entry on their itinerary. However we cannot guarantee that we will be able to reach every runway due to operational restrictions, we do work tirelessly to ensure that we find the most suitable option to get you there.

+ How does private charter compare to scheduled services?
To put it simply the two do not even compare when it comes to privacy and convenience.

+ Do you arrange ground transportation?
We are on hand to assist our clients where we can with all aspects of their charter. Whether you are looking for a helicopter transfer to or from the aircraft, or a luxury sedan or vehicle, BLAK is able to assist.
+ How limited am I for luggage?
Every aircraft has a different sized luggage hold. We can advise you on a case-by-case basis as to the limitations of the cargo hold of an aircraft you may be interested in.
We advise our clients to travel with one large international soft case and one standard carry-on piece of hand luggage.
+ Do the aircraft have Wi-Fi?
At BLAK we offer our clients state-of-the-art aircraft that are the best available in each region. Although not all of our aircraft have Wi-Fi connectivity, we are seeing an increase in the marketplace.
Your Charter Quotation will outline the Wi-Fi capability of the particular aircraft that is being presented as an option for your requested routing.
+ What happens if there is an issue with my aircraft on the day of my charter?
Your safety is at the forefront of what we do. Sometimes aircraft can experience an AOG (Aircraft On Ground). This means the aircraft may be experiencing an issue that restricts it from operating.
In the case of an AOG, We exhaust all of our resources to ensure that a suitable replacement aircraft is sourced to conduct your flight.
Appropriate pre-screening checks are implemented to ensure that substitute operators meet the requiored industry safety and operational requirements.
+ What happens if I need to change or cancel my charter?
If you need to change times, passenger numbers or cancel, we advise you to give us as much notice as possible so that we can notify all the relevant people such as the operators and Air Traffic Control.
Private aviation charter is all about flexibility and we will do our utmost to accommodate your requests.
+ Can I fly with my pet?
In short, yes.
However this is established on a case-by-case basis depending on many factors that include the size of your pet, the route being flown, whether the aircraft is approved for pet transportation operations.
+ Who owns the aircraft?
BLAK boasts the most reputable network of private charter aircraft in the world.
Our network of aircraft are operated by industry approved operators who hold valid air operating certificates.
+ How soon before my flight should I arrive at the airport?
All charters are operated on a case-by-case basis.
When it comes to specific logisitics information for your charter, we will advise you throughout the process right up until you arrive at your destination.
We manage all aspects of the charter for you and provide you with relevant information such as weather updates, airport delays and more.
